About Us

The story of how and why Amy created Elevated Careers;

I love helping people step into their power and take control of their careers. Guiding professionals to find roles that match their skills, ambitions, and values is what drives me and gives me true fulfillment.

From a young age I was coding pages and working with robotics. My own career began in IT at Deakin University, where I quickly moved up the ranks. Along the way, I was honoured with the national Australian Tertiary Education Management Award for Excellence in 2013 and the Vice Chancellor’s Award for Outstanding Contribution to Digital Platforms and Capability in 2021.

Having worked across multiple areas of Higher Education, including Human Resources and serving on interview panels, I’ve gained a deep understanding of what employers are truly looking for, and how to help professionals create applications and strategies that get results.

Today, Elevated Careers exists to combine that expertise with my passion for empowering others, helping people confidently step into their next career opportunity in Technology or Remote Work.
