Amy is a Career & Job Consultant with over 15 years of experience in Higher Education.

She began her career at Deakin University, progressing through a range of technical and strategic roles, and gaining recognition through the Australian Tertiary Education Management Award for Excellence (2013) and the Vice Chancellor’s Award for Outstanding Contribution to Digital Platforms and Capability (2021).

Through her work across IT, Finance, Human Resources, and her involvement in interview panels, Amy developed a deep understanding of how hiring decisions are made, and what differentiates candidates who successfully secure roles in competitive markets.

Today, she specialises in career positioning and job search strategy, helping professionals present their experience effectively, strengthen their applications, and navigate the hiring process with clarity and confidence.

Amy holds an internationally accredited Career and Job Consultant Certification, verified by the International Accreditation Center (IAC), United States.
