About Us

Amy is a Certified Career & Job Consultant (International Accreditation Center of the United States – IACUS) with 15 years of experience in Information Technology within Higher Education.

From a young age, she was building websites and working with robotics, developing a strong technical foundation that shaped her career path. She began her professional journey in IT at Deakin University, where she progressed rapidly through technical and strategic roles. Along the way, she was recognised with the national Australian Tertiary Education Management Award for Excellence (2013) and the Vice Chancellor’s Award for Outstanding Contribution to Digital Platforms and Capability (2021).

Through her work across IT, Human Resources, and interview panels, Amy gained deep insight into how hiring decisions are made and what differentiates successful candidates in competitive markets. She understands both the technical and human elements of recruitment, positioning, and career advancement.

Today, through Elevated Careers, she partners with experienced professionals seeking transition into Technology or Remote Work. Amy provides strategic career positioning, targeted application frameworks, and structured execution roadmaps that enable clients to secure high-quality roles aligned with their expertise and long-term goals.

Having built her own location-independent career, she also advises professionals on designing sustainable remote pathways that offer global flexibility.
